In a multi-stage analysis process, we collect meaningful information about work practices, workplace utilization, spatial conditions and user requirements. Based on this data, we develop business cases for our customers and set up pilot projects. This enables us to make our concepts measurable and to optimize them step-by-step. In doing so, we create the ideal base for a successful rollout.
The process of change is usually a challenge for everyone involved and requires well-planned change management support. We accompany employees through the whole process and actively integrate them in all stages of project development. This allows us to turn early fears and reservations into acceptance and enthusiasm for the new working world.
